Internship
- It is compulsory for all undergraduate students of the Department and will be written to the Degree’s Annex.
- The duration is 2 months.
- It is credited by 5 ECTS, without being graded.
The Internship may be performed in the frame of a (co-) financed program, given that the necessary conditions and criteria are met, or through a non-remunerated Internship.
Eligibility criteria for the Internship
All undergraduate students of Department are eligible to enroll, provided the following criteria are met:
- Completion of the 6th semester of studies.
- Completion of the 75% of the ECTSs of the 1st and 2nd year.
Internship Remuneration
The Internship is funded in the context of the Operational Program “Education and Lifelong Learning”, NSRF (ESPA). The remunerated Internship is performed during the summer, preferably during July and August. In addition to the conditions/criteria 1 and 2 of the previous paragraph, the participation in a remunerated internship requires the classification of students according to the algorithm:
(ECTSc/ECTSt) * Av. * 10
ECTSc: ECTS accumulated by the student at the date of the application,
ECTSt: total ECTS (i.e. 240),
Av.: the average grade at the date of the application.

Non-Remunerated Internship
The Internship can be performed without funding any period of the year. Provided that the eligibility criteria are fulfilled, a certification from the organization/company is required for the completion of the Internship.
