Research Interests: Applying plant biotechnology techniques (e.g. DNA cloning, genome editing, plant transformation) and principles of plant synthetic biology (e.g. DBTL cycle, gene circuits), particularly in the context of investigating and optimizing plant-microbe interactions and plant nitrogen metabolism.
